roaches were in all areas of the room everyday and night.

My web browser was jumping around and i accidentally booked a room at Extended Stay , but i had absolutely no intention of staying at this place. I had a room booked at another location for the same period. They decided to keep my money, despite the situation.

Bad, Very Bad This was the worst stay ever. Room had bugs all over the place. It had a kitchen but no silverware, no pots and pans, no ice tray in the frig or at the hotel period. Bed was full of bedbugs. I was totally not impressed with the service.

Had to call on a phone outside the lobby door to try and check in then got checked into a room that was not clean thankfully the customerservice rep was nice enoigh to exchnage rooms with no problems then that morning got awaken by housekeepers bamming on the door asking if we

Horrible. Bugs in room, stale air, just all around nasty

a mistake as the title would indicate we thought it would have things like glasses, cups, perhaps some silverware? none. no elevator, no hairdryer, not the cleanest place.

Eh.. The hotel smelled of urine and was not kept up at all. The front desk clerk was sweet as could be though.

Rm 115 2 draws were missing in the kitchen area; overhead light fixture covering was missing there was foil at the bass of the fixture to the ceiling. Saw 3 roaches in the bathroom. Light burned out in the lamp facing the window (across from the bed). Refrigerator door opened the incorrect way... Carpet needed cleaning. Table seat were mismatched & dirty....

Not what I exoected First there was no light in the entrance of the room or kitchen, roaches crawling in the wall, no pillow cases on the pillows which were torn and stained, lying on the foot of the bed, the room smelled of old smoke, argument right outside the room door, no one at the front desk to resolve issues at night, the front desk person left the premises in the morning so no one to express my disappointment to. I am looking st disputing the charges because I felt stuck in a place I didn’t feel safe in
