Not a good choice I reserved this hotel for a family event at USC. The hotel is far from campus but I knew that when I made the reservation. The big disappointment was that the room wasn't clean when we checked in. Bathroom was disgusting. Room had a smell. Very old building. The included breakfast is nothing but a grab and go with coffee and some breakfast bars plus packaged oat meal. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the last several years.

Review I had a reservation to stay at rhis motel and paid it through Expedia and the motel stafd gave my room away. I had to find another Motel.

Rude employee, huge inconvenience Arrived around 2:30am after driving 9 hours. Reservation had been booked and paid for through hotels.com for over 2 weeks. Note in door said to use lobby phone to call. Rude female that answered said there was no availability. I explained I had a paid reservation and she said they had no availability and that they don't charge until you check in and that I would have to call who I paid through and have them find me another room. The room was not as clean as I think it should have been the refrigerator leaked . The facets in the kitchen and bath did not work properly. The room smelled like smoke

Burn it down. We arrived after a 13 hour drive, to find the staff was not available to check us in. My 5 year old had to use the bathroom, there was not a public restroom available. I called the operator as the sign on the door instructed us to do. No answer. We waited for 20 mins before I called the corporate number only to be hung up on. Bad service since there was no one to check me in Got to hotel at 1145pm the reception was closed and we had to look for another hotel which took me hours and messed up my weekend

Ridiculous I reserved this hotel b/c they had indoor corridor rooms, accepted pets, & had free breakfast included. When we arrived late that evening, we realized that they had mistakenly gave our room to someone else & that is why they proceeded to send us across the street to their other location which was supposed to be identical...but wasn't.
