Only as a last resort It wasn’t so bad I left, but I wouldn’t stay here unless absolutely nexessary. No shower curtain, all the exterior access doors were propped open and it all seemed a bit sketchy.

Very very bad The first room the gave me there were plastic bottles underneath the bed. The second room, the door’s lock was busted. It’s a scary place to stay the night in I didn’t feel safe there so I left.

Worse kitchen amenities than regular hotels We had a pretty awful time with Extended Stay Columbia West. We booked in preference of a regular hotel specifically for its kitchen facilities. However, when we arrived, we found the room completely bare. There wasn't even a plug for the sink, let alone 'full kitchen' capacity. We asked the front staff multiple times over a 2 day stay to provide us with kitchen items, but were repeatedly told that there were none available - they were being cleaned, or other guests were using them... read more

Well first of all when we got here at the window was open and there was a wasp in our room. Call the front desk to let them know and they said that they would try to get someone out here to assist us with that. We left the room went downstairs and sat in the lobby until that got taken care of. Went back to the room there were three was left in the room and we had to kill it ourselves. No ironing board no iron, I alway wanted to stay at Extended Stay America, but not anymore.

Disappointed The place was poorly maintained.When staying in a place that offers a kitchen with the basics you would assume that would extend to the linens for the bed. However when ask about it the front desk was difficult and rude. Breakfast while it did say continental it did not say stale

Only stayed one night... However when we checked the bed there were stains on it and the sheets didn't seem too clean. We found some hair in the bed, however the stains on the mattress were what made me cringe more.

Extended stay? But kitchen appliances don't work.. One room stove didn't have knobs. Second room refrigerator dirty and moldy and big isle on stove didn't work. What was the point of an extended stay if the appliances don't work. 2nd back experience I'm done
