Cleaned
Bathroom sinks, need remodeling and cleaning. The rug in the living room is starting to tear up on the edges. Overall, OK.

Very convenient to an IHOP as well as a huge mall both within walking disrsnce. The property outdoors really can't be improved&my room is always clean.
