I went to better hotels with lower deposit fees so $100 is a lot to ask for a hotel like this. & I still haven’t gotten my money back yet, it’s been days. It’s okay, just won’t happen again 😁✌

Staff was not friendly and extremely unprofessional. I confirmed in the evening for the hotel shuttle the next morning. When I went down in the morning I was told they didn’t have shuttles to the airport until 7pm. I had to pay for an Uber. The hotel was dirty and stunk like stale smoke. I had prepaid and they charged me another $100 when I checked in. There was garbage all over the hallway and outside of my door. Very old and not clean at all.

Insufficient Info/ Not Worth It When we got here, the front desk employee tried to give me a number for a price that isn't accurate to what I booked. Then, we were told there was a security deposit fee that had to be paid before we check in and we would get back 3-5 days after we left that we were not told about by Hotels.com. Our room was missing a remote, our kitchen counter had cigarette burns and looked like the counter was pulling up. No restaurant. People milling in lobby which is marginally clean. Needs a facelift. Rate charges exceeded agreed amount but the unforgivable thing is the surpruse 100 additional deposit which thwy will not allow you to give in cash...and they refund in 5 days. This is the second time I have booked theough Expedia and this has happened. Perhaps I need to use another method foing forward
