Should improve breakfast it was takeaway breakfast and it was horrible. Now there are no covid days why serving takeaway breakfast really disappointing

Staff was extremely helpful.veryl happy you take pets. Room was spotless, bed firm. Just needs more pillows!!!

It was fine. It was no frills, but clean.
I enjoyed the staff attitude & helpfulness, great customer service!
Mediocre at best Nice hotel for the area but needs work. Rooms were clean but falling apart. Our built in shower was peeling, vent fan didn't work which meant ceiling paint was bubbling. The breakfast buffet was minimal grab a go type food with coffee and tea. Front desk staff was friendly.

The room was in need of obvious repair, e.g. molding coming loose around kitchen cabinets around sink. Bathroom sink faucet water spraying outside sink area. No stoppers in tub or sinks. Refrigerator door seriously discolored. Decor very 50's and unattractive. Air conditioner extremely noisy, interfering with sleep. Room service only upon departure. "Breakfast" was granola bars and muffins in baskets. Only redeeming fact was the room was clean, but very uninviting and in need of total facelift. Would not stay there again,.

The hotel is dirty and everything is out dated. Was disapointed as the Extended stay in VA is a lot cleaner.
