Bathroom sink had problems. Did not drain correctly for one. Just used kitchen sink.

Not the Ritz, but comfy! Room was clean and big; not like the Ritz, but comfy! Furniture and entire interior could use some updating throughout. There was construction of some sort in progress that seems to be just focussed on the exterior. There were sections of the underground garage where the room appeared to be falling down; I suspect that’s a part of what’s being fixed. The construction also made egress challenging. The front desk attendant, Rihan was very friendly and professional.
Good place. Shower water pressure wasn’t the best.

Room was clean. Very close to Plymouth Metting mall with a huge variety of restaurantsto choose from.
It was nice having fire safety testing without prior notice was very disappointing the alarm sounds woke us up we didn’t know whether it’s a fire to leave the room or not. For future reference notify customers on said date and time we will be conducting fire sea ferry testing.
