Bad They over booked never got a room

Bad Did not have a room although I had a reservation. Werew not able to get a room for me.

Disappointing Everything. Needs an overhaul 2/3 beds had dirty linens. Main door and 1 bedroom door wouldn't close appropriately. Floors disgusting, boogers on 2 pillow cases (took to mgmt).

Worst stay I have ever had. Everything. Worst stay of my life. This property houses all of the employees of the nearby Six Flags. They cater to them due to their “contract”. Loud partying until early morning, no secure doors, music blaring, dogs barking. Towels, kitchen utensils, and bedding were all sparse. Horrible experience.

The worst place I stayed at in the past 5 years, and it cost me $180. Not clean, no utensils in room, no hygiene kit, not enough towels, or bedsheets. Not enough pillows (reserved for 4 had initially only 3 pillows), the place is dirty. Nothing

Will not stay here again. Exterior door card reader broken. Floors in room dirty. No kitchen utensils/dishes/paper products. Hallways and stairs not clean/vacuumed. Exterior grounds not clean. We checked out after two nights and we’re told we would receive a refund for remaining stay but have not received refund yet. Contacted booking.com support via chat but not received refund status yet. Mattress was OK.

Will never come back The most dirty hallways and stairs I have ever seen in hotels. The front door is sticky. I paid for 3 person to stay, but sofa isn’t a nice place to sleep.

Fair tuve que pedir cambio de cuarto por que el primero estaba muy sucio y el refrijerador no servia el segundo cuarto no estaba tan sucio pero no contava con nada para poder hacer de comer ni con platos vasos con nada de la cosina no fue tan buena esta estancia ahi me imajino que es por la remodelacion pero deverian de tener mucho cuidado con esos detalles a y tampoco contavan con un buen desayuno espero que cuando terminen la remodelacion vuelvan hacer un buen servicio como antes lo davan
