In the bathroom of the room, the mirror was all splattered with toothpaste, as well as the sink, which means it hadn’t been washed or cleaned. For that reason, I didn’t even feel like using the shower. I also noticed that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. The bed had only been straightened, but the sheets were not replaced.

The sheets didnt fit the bed. Our room door was open when we got to our room. Bed was more like a cott, the pillows horrible. No water pressure at all. Couldnt get the soap off our bodies. Got soap in my eyes not enough pressure to cleanse my eyes. No curtains on the windows light can in the room all night. My husband and I left with no sleep and back pain

Don’t do business with them, if you’re doing a third party, they will give your hotel room a away, And contact you after they sold your room, And if you’re air flight changes they do not accommodate you even when you contact them..Before hand

Need more staff at the front desk
Our bed sheet was dirty clearly the bed was used prior. The stuff help us, but overall the room was not prepared, floor was dirty .
Housekeeping is lacking
Worst stay ever We’ve never stayed at a hotel that provided only 1 towel even though the reservation was for 2 guests and no towels for when you step out of the bath tub. It provided no shampoo/conditioners, no soaps, no hair dryer. There’s no comforter only very old looking blanket. It was noisy, we could hear people talking in the next room and outside.
