Front desk staff was unfriendly. My room keys did not work in the exterior doors, so I had to walk around the building with my overnight bag through a very poorly lit parking lot. Once in my room, I discovered that while the hotel is an extended stay hotel and I had a full kitchen in the room, there were NO dishes, glasses, pot/pans, silverware, etc. There is no ice machine anywhere in the hotel - I was told to use the ice trays in the freezer but there weren’t any - even if there were, it is useless for a single night stay.... read more

Worst Ever I have stayed at dozens of hotels in my travels, but this by far was the worst ever. Someone in management had a dog running around inside and unsupervised. The place was filthy. It wreaked of cigar smoke and marijuana. The room was not stocked properly with paper products. Upon checkout, no one was manning the front counter. Just a total nightmare. I would recommend you sleep in your car before ever considering this place.

Noises all night Well I was there for 1 night and the whole night there were loud stomping and running noises all night. I barely slept two hours. It finally stopped at 5:30 in the morning after going all night.

My room was awful. Human waste in the toilet upon arrival. Empty shampoo bottles, no wash clothes, problems with lamps, and the l8st goes on. The person at the front desk couldn't leave to help me so either i dealt with issues or had to wait. Had to take towels up to my room myself, had to clean toilet myself. Good luck getting a discount. I got nada. Also good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.

The property was really dirty. A lot of amenities in my room were broken. Was provided one little piece of soap which was also broken. Insufficient number of towels. Hallways smelled of weed. Breakfast was awful. They should just call it snacks. This is my last time I am staying at one of these properties.

POOR IS TOO HIGH - AVOID THIS PLACE Don’t stay here AVOID THIS PLACE Not clean Barely any staff available Rooms not clean Very dirty Felt unsafe Smoky smell throughout wouldn’t give a receipt Pay extra to stay somewhere else AVOID THIS PLACE

No ice machine. Asked for extra pillows and was told no. Asked for paper receipt at checkout and told no because we booked with expedia? No spare role of toilet paper.
