Very disappointing Floors hadn't been vacuumed or swept in several days, the air conditioner wasn't effective, and the staff seemed largely disinterested.

Not worth it We went on Syracuse graduation weekend. Arrived around 10pm. First of all, we called and the lady at the desk said they had a room available for us. When we arrived, there were a lot of people waiting at the lobby and the manager and the other staff were both busy. I waited until it was my turn but the manager called another lady that just came into the door. I said "Excuse me, I was here first," and the manager started yelled "you don't have to be upset ok? ok if desperate the room was worn looking. the paint was old. the blanket was very worn and shabby. Housekeeping is not included in the rate. There was no shampoo. I would not recommend this hotel. The water was cold in the shower in the morning and the man at the desk explained that too many people were trying to take showers at the same time.

Not a good weekend I reserved 4 rooms this past weekend. One room was so dirty that they had to switch rooms to a room that was recently renovated. The second room was a non smoking room that had so much smoke smell that it had to be sprayed and the bedspread had burn marks on it. The third room had a cockroach and the dish rack was so covered with dust and soot that it was unusable and the fourth room the the pots were so dirty they were unusable. ok ok for the price but I believe it needs some upgrading and more pillows and shower supplies.

Not as described Not even a paper towel in the "kitchen"; was promised a rollaway but told they do not have any available; mattress was uncomfortable; smelled like smoke. I'll remember this hotel so that I will not stay there again!

dont stay stayed in a 2 twin bed room..had the oldest TV i have ever seen..certainly not worth the hype..there r tons of other options nearby..choose this only if u get a gud deal

Good 6-7 hour stay This is not your honeymoon hotel, it is, however a hotel to stay at if you need to get in and get out with little hassle this will be sufficient. There is no transportation to the airport and yet they are very close. I had been used to having a small bottle of shampoo in my room but only had two bars of soap, no biggy. The a/c worked great and tv and lights were fine. The room had a small kitchenette which would be good for someone who cooks in.
