Front desk guy was beyond inapproprite. The Hotel was clean except for the hair on our mattress (not from someones head. The bed was comfortable. It was a cheap last minute reservation. I would not stay again. It was old and dingy.

Don't stay The room was dirty and bathroom had hair all over it. The hotel had a terrible smell, the air conditioning was loud and kept turning on and off. In addition, there was a dog barking for over an hour.

Disappointed in Syracuse Ok stay but stairways are filthy dirty and carpet needs cleaning.

Everything went wrong! As soon as I walk in my room for the first time I notice my suppose to be non-smoking room had smelled like someone just left from smoking. Management came up to investigate my room which he admitted the smell. Couldn't switch rooms right away because nothing was available. Went ahead and just dealt with it for 3 days. Two of my lamps didn't work. I didn't realize I had no wash clothes until in the shower. They don't keep glasses, plates, forks etc stored in your kitchen. Hotel was ok for overnight stay. That's it. Hotel was a little run down. Undesirables rooming there. Continental breakfast stunk. Room was a little dirty. Would stay here again.

Smelled like dirty sweat Smelled like the sheets were dirty which stinks because I was there with my two-year-old son. Code for wifi that the front desk gave me didn't work. When we showed up, both hotel attendants were outside and literally shouted at me asking what my name was. After spelling it twice, it still didn't matter after we got inside to do the check-in process. While friendly, might I recommend being a little more polished and delicately welcoming to people showing up after a long trip at midnight.
