NEVER AGAIN We were there for 2 nights.Staff was friendly. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were EMPTY. If you needed ANYTHING,cup, spoon, dish, pot.....you had to go down to front desk and get it.They never came to clean our room! No new towels, bed not made,nothing. Toilet RAN WATER all night&day. Hot and cold water in bathroom was reversed. Forgot Tylenol,went down to desk to see if they could help,NOPE, they did not have any.(lucky for us we did not forget toothpaste). Very rude Hotel business is servce business. But they don't have any concept.

poor service the night front desk was excellent but the day sucked. Wasn't informed about the breakfast at check in. room wasn't cleaned and the bed was never made during our stay . it seemed more like an apartment then a hotel room. also asked for our cooking set and was never delivered to our room. the evening guy barry was great and made our stay more enjoyable.towels are the worst.

No amenities! No ice machine...instead a tray in the fridge...make you own two trays. They'll be ready 4 hours after you arrive. No coffee in room and no shampoo. What hotel today doesn't have shampoo? A brown drape over the closet, not even a door! Air conditioning unit 1 foot away from the bed and the window drape billowed over me all night long. I had a disappointing stay. Three of the towels in bathroom had dirt or stains on them. Additionally the room came with free WiFi and free breakfast. The WiFi was so slow it was useless and hotel required a fee to upgrade to faster service. Additionally, the free breakfast consisted of a granola bar, a plastic wrapped muffin or a piece of fruit (so misleading).

Ok, if nothing else available As the title says, ok if nothing else is available. The rooms near the "trash" area are awful. As you open your room door to go out the stench will hit you. Also, I had no idea there was no daily housekeeping service. Was not informed when I checked in, nor in any papers given to me.

Business trip In Syracuse for a two day seminar. Hotel ok for just putting your head down. I did see what appeared to be transient families bringing in days worth of groceries. People are living in this hotel. The breakfast was a couple of muffins, apples and coffee. Skipped that all together. My friends got a better deal at the Microtel down the road.

Below the expectations We ordered a non-smoking room with queen bed. We got a smoking room with double.
