The hotel staff lady was very nice and professional with a big smile. Only problem I had was the people in the lobby were a woman was explaining to some guy sitting in chairs that she had just been beating up with her swollen right eye then I came back downstairs and there was another gentleman there using racial epithets in front of the hotel staff I felt that was very unprofessional and I hadn't I had done the reservations online I would have not stayed there.

Staff were surprisingly good, after speaking with them, they had trained in larger hotels. Their customer service was excellent. Rooms were dated, bathrooms more so. Water pressure was poor.

Perfect location Excellent location across from the Tacoma mall right off of expressways. Plenty of nearby restaurants etc; secure gated parking at night. Hotel is is newer and in pristine condition. Very nice mini kitchen, comfy bed , nice decor. I have a project in Tacoma and will be returning soon to this hotel.

furnishings hotel was clean but the furnishings were in need of replacement
