For being located near a freeway, the room was quiet/clean (except the carpet) and the air conditioning was excellent.

Close to Tacoma Mall Would have been much better had they been able to provide a hair dryer. My wife hasn't had to pack a hair dryer for over 10 years. The front desk said they had "very few" and were unable to locate one. Also gated parking wasn't very secure... people tailgating guests into the parking log.

Close to shopping and restaurants Everything about the hotel itself is mediocre Not too much of anything Only complaint is ease of access for wheelchairs needs to improve.

Not worth the price. Room was ok. No blow dryer, kitchen but no dishes? Very skimpy on amenities. 1 bar of soap and only shampoo. Priced way too high for what you get. Next time I will stay elsewhere.

Thin walls Great service, clean room, comfortable bed. Only actual problem was the neighbors drunk and arguing loudly from 4am to dawn.
