The location is the best feature. The hotel is located across the street from the Tacoma Mall. The mall is convenient in that it has places to eat and a Starbucks. The hotel's breakfast is a joke: coffee, tea, pre-made muffins and instant oatmeal served from a small table by the front door. There is no place to eat it. The elevator was so hot that one guest commented that it must be using heat lamps as light bulbs. It was humid and uncomfortable. Good hotel, continental breakfast slacked every mo This hotel is in a great location next to the Tacoma mall. The staff was very polite and helpful with any of my concerns. The only problem I had was the inconsistency of the continental breakfast. The first day was great, but as my stay proceeded, the quality fell. Over all my stay was great.

Very comfortable We only stayed for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and quiet and comfortable.

Nice and clean The entry to the hotel and parking lot were easy to miss which I did a couple of times. The hotel was very nice and clean with updated amenities though the hair dryers were kept at the front desk. The staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. When I returned to the desk the clerk was very apologetic and immediately assigned me to another room. consistently good This was our third stay here, so we like it enough to come back. It's pretty basic, but it meets all our needs. Clean, fairly up to date, pleasant. No pool, but really, no biggie for us. Close to food, shopping, freeway. Price was good for the quality. Will continue to stay here when in Tacoma.

Check in My room was not ready when it was suppose to be. I was told check-in was at 3 and I had to wait for over an hour to get checked in and into my room. I was not the only one waiting.
