Hotel was clean and comfortable
The room was very clean,someone was cooking and the hall smell so bad me and my wife had to run to get out of the hall,people was just standing around talking in the hall and front lobby,I when to get coffee at the time I was told that there would be some there was none,the bathroom sink was stop up and I call and told the Front desk, I was told I had to wait until the maintenance man come in the morning.so later on that day I complain again and someone can and unplugged the sink
Good room for the price I think the hotel is very nice for the pirce.
Extended Stay Tacoma Good location for me. Staff was professional and courteous. Good internet and cable. Clean linens. Good bed. Dogs barking non-stop down the hall. Phone worked first day only. I had no phone for the remainder of my 7 day stay. I couldn't call out locally and nobody could call me.
Adequate It was a place to sleep for a couple of days. Room was fairly clean. I was right next to their working room, so I heard quite a lot of banging around until 1am. then started up again at 6am. I'm guessing that I got the worst room in the hotel. I'd give it an average rating overall.
I did not get a wheelchair accessible bathroom. no grab bars in the bathtub or near the toilet.

Thumbs Down We checked in and walking to our room the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room didn't smell but dryer sheets in the AC unit is probably why. Light in our bathroom didn't work and they never fixed it. Brought us a lamp..... Then all 3 nights of our stay we had to call and complain about noisy neighbors at 2,3,4 in the morning. Maybe they needed to add more sound proofing.
