Nice and clean The entry to the hotel and parking lot were easy to miss which I did a couple of times. The hotel was very nice and clean with updated amenities though the hair dryers were kept at the front desk. The staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. When I returned to the desk the clerk was very apologetic and immediately assigned me to another room. Efficient and friendly staff Overall my stay was wonderful. I would add some items to the breakfast choices to make it more well rounded.
consistently good This was our third stay here, so we like it enough to come back. It's pretty basic, but it meets all our needs. Clean, fairly up to date, pleasant. No pool, but really, no biggie for us. Close to food, shopping, freeway. Price was good for the quality. Will continue to stay here when in Tacoma.
Check in My room was not ready when it was suppose to be. I was told check-in was at 3 and I had to wait for over an hour to get checked in and into my room. I was not the only one waiting.
Very nice and very affordable! Needed a place to stay after a night out on the town. Very nice, very affordable and very convenient! Will definitely stay there again!

it was nice but i was very dissapointed in the breakfast. you think maybe some eggs or back or oatmeal but all it was, was some coffee and on the go bars. i chose this place for the location and the affordability for the night along with the breakfast because it was our anniversary and my husband loves breakfast. the room was ok but the bed smelled like old must. but for one night the room was ok but i wouldnt choose to stay much longer. the staff was really friendly and helpful.
