Roach infested Room was loaded with cockroaches. Hotel response was to have their maintenance man come in to spray our room. Would no recommend this hotel to anyone and would never stay in this brand of hotel again

Avoid like the plague Room smelled like smoke and they gave me air freshener when I complained. The sheets smelled like they're not washed frequently and the carpet was crunchy. The 'breakfast' in the morning is coffee, muffins, granola bars, and instant grits. Unless you don't get their as soon as they put it out, because they don't restock anything. Once it's gone, it's gone. We advised the front desk we would be 30 late for checkout and they still opened the room with their own keys 3 times without waiting for a response ... read more

Location near highway. Dirty room. Roaches. Dust As we walked to the lobby notes it was small and old. Not kept. The toom had a bad smell and a roaches on the bathroom counter where our personal effects go. Receptionist offered a can of bug spray. Beds old and not comfortable Bad smell. Mold or stale. Floor not clean. Terrible experience. Checked out early and missed events to leave.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional Checkout is at 11 and I was just waking up at 11 when room attendant knocked on the door so I told her I was checking that I just needed to pack all of my things ....at 11:25 manager knocks on the door and tells me with an attitude that she's giving me 3 more minutes and I need to check out or their gonna charge my card again....I was shocked by her tone and so I was done packing at 11:30 and went to the desk to check out and she had called the cops to have me thrown out and I wasn't ru... read more

No Frills Room The hotel was out of shampoo and and does not provide conditioner. There is no ice machine. Had to make several trips to the front desk to get plates, glasses, silverware, dish soap, dishtowels, etc. Hotel room was clean. Sink drain was broken and water would not drain. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Coffee pot in the room was considered a "premium" item - not sure if you had to pay extra or if the coffee was included.

My stay was not what I expected. The girl at check in was very friendly, but the room conditions were poor. I asked for a few dishes and there was hair on a few of the pieces. What puzzled me was there was not an ice maker??? I do not think I will stay there again.

Eh. We needed a place that would take a dog, and it needed to be in the area of this hotel. Room was musty. Whether or not they allow smoking someone or several folks smoked in this room. We had a dog so we expected some of the downside. The dog fee was only $25 and the staff was very nice and helpful. This Extended Stay didn't stock the room with kitchen supplies. Only thing good about it is the kitchen. Manager was nasty and rude (Jessica), room was dirty upon arrival. No one ever came to clean the room during our entire stay! Horrible, horrible, horrible! Oh and did I mention we found an old pizza in the oven?

The floors were sticky. There was no in room coffee. At the "breakfast" area, there was only flavored coffee creamer.
