THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I HAVE STAYED HER 4 TIMES 2 SEE IF ANYTHING WOULD IMPROVE. I WAS IN A ROOM WITH OLD APPLIANCES 1 TRASH CAN. AWFUL

Horrible service We asked to check in early, we're told "no problem, we can do that," and when we arrived, were told there would be a charge, which we accepted. One minute later he said "sorry, actually the room isn't ready. Come back right before three because I get off my shift then." We were here for a wedding and the rehearsal was at 4. We left, had twenty minutes with friends, rushed back, and he tells us the room isn't ready. He then picks up a phone call, all the while a line is forming behind us. The property advertised updated rooms online. Our room was very dated. (Circa 1980/1990) The furniture was very worn down and looked as if it should be thrown away. The carpet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
Surprise fees! Hit me with a hold on my card that was as much as the price of my stay. Hold lasted close to 14days. No Bueno!
BEWARE!!! It was very clean. But, it brought minimalist to a whole new level. There was nothing in the kitchen except a dish towel. Not a cup, a glass or a paper towel. You could request a dish pack but we were only there one night. There was no ice machine on the property. We had to wait for the ice to freeze before we had any. The bed was one softness level above the floor - maybe. Breakfast was muffins and coffee. There was hot water and packets of instant oatmeal. No toaster, milk or juice. Lots of road noise from interstate 10. Tough to sleep bring earplugs
Very worn out property. Find another place to stay. Breakfast is a joke.
