Room keys On our last day, my husband and I were locked out of our room at 6:30 AM. The young lady at the front tried to open it, with no luck. She then told me I had to wait for the manager to come in. During our five (5) day stay, our room key had to be changed a minimum of six (6) times. I wrote to the corporate office about my stay, but never received any response. This cause us to miss connection to Orlando. Hotel was not clean and mask are not informed by staff or guest. It’s unsafe to be open during Covid

Not worth the rate. Rooms although fairly clean the room smelled musty and damp. The pull out sofa had no sheets and we had to wait for them to be washed, although my reservation indicated a family of four. We also had to buy additional pillows because there wasn’t any available. We also had to purchase fabreeze and room deodorizer in order to sleep. The AC worked well and the room was quiet. The staff helped with what they could. Bad planning overall. Definitely would not stay here again.

Disappointed I have stayed in several extended stay hotels in many states and i like them a lot they are spacious and comfortable but this hotel was disappointed the room was dated and dirty and had a funky smell the hallways had a overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke (non-smoking hotel) for a hotel thats keeping up with thw peuces of other hotelsi. The area this place does not meet the service. In overall i would not recommend this place and highly suggest for the corporate office to look this place up.

The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. The room was gross. It smelled like a mix between a locker room and a dog kennel. Had we not been desperate we would have left. There was somebody else’s hair on the wall in the bathroom. After getting used to the smell, as one does, the beds and pillows were comfortable, but the fold out sofa was comical. AC worked. Plugged in phone half the lights in my room went out unable to fix while I was there. This place needs a renovation!!!
