Stolen Medication Returned to my room to find that my medication had been stolen from my luggage.

I did not stay at the extended stay suites because the hotel was overbooked on my arrival, I’d make the reservation thru Expedia and it didn’t bother to made my reservation. The front desk person Aladia, was very rude and with a bad attitude instead of trying to solve the issue and being helpful just dismissed me, it was late at night and I had luggage in hand and no car, a pretty bad experience, I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

When I arrived at the property everything was locked. I called the phone for 15 minutes before going to the hotel next door and renting a room. I have requested a refund as I was unable to check in

The woman at the front desk refused to let me check into my PREPAID room because my TX drivers license was not PLASTIC. I just got my new Texas DL on Monday and have a paper license until I receive the hard copy in the mail. It is an OFFICIAL LICENSE. She refused to even look at it. I am over 60 years old, not a new driver. This woman left me stranded without a room and refused to give me a refund.

No silverware in the rooms and phone did not work. Not very accommodating for an extended stay as advertised. Transient feel. Will be staying at Marriott next time for about the same price.
