The room is smelling and the rug is not clean

Our room was very tired looking. Everything was worn looking from blankets to furniture. The price was super high due to parents weekend. I woke up with swollen red eyes due to something in the room. Will not stay here again.

Arrived for check in after a long travel and no one was at front desk to get checked in. There was a phone to call upon arrival to check In but no one answered. Had to go find another hotel because no one was around for check and still had to pay for room I never got access to.

Blah!!! Wasn’t cozy. I didn’t feel comfortable.Seemed like a Motel 6.

Not a place I would stay again. Hotel is dated, lacking in amenities, like coffee, lousy breakfast and not as clean as should be. Had a view of a wall an HVAC system.

I did not like when arrive they had no room available. They found a room and try to use the sofa bed and it had bugs. The hotel was not very clean and I would never stay again in that chain: The staff was very nice and helpful

I only stayed in the room for 15 minutes. Obviously my money will jever be refunded. I stayed there many times in the past. This time the hitel is using an extremely potent bleach based cleaner, my eyes were stinging and my lungs were burning from this ckeaner. Unfortunately i will no longer stay there due to this situation. Staff is great and ppace looks good. Hope this helps.

This is a great place to stay I have only had one disappointing experience.
