The property is in desperate need of an update. The first room to which we were assigned had smelly carpet. The room to which we were upgraded after complaining was much better, but still in desperate need of an update. They are dog friendly which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.... however, they need to take control of the situation. Don't know how you accomplish that. But something should be done.

Never again Was put into a room that should have been quarantined.. Laying in bed, looked around at the end table and 2 roaches.. DO NOT STAY IN ROOM #306. They did move us to another room. Spoke with manager in the morning and was only willing to give a full refund after I explained I had photos and video..

This is an older property that's in dire need of an update. My room was comfortable, but decidedly run-down. The furniture was worn. The coffee table had a broken leg that had been poorly repaired with drywall screws. Two office chairs at the dining room table were dirty and stained. The refrigerator was old and had rust spots all over the side. Its compressor was very loud. The wifi was a pain to connect to, and when I was connected it was slow. The room smelled like mold. Both lamps near the bed didn't work.

Great location, but our room had roaches. The big flying ones! We told the lady at front desk, she said "impossible we don't have roaches". My son killed a roach and took a picture of it.

This place literally STUNK. As though no one had been in the room, and it had not been serviced in years! Terrible, musty smell throughout. I want my money back. I ended up leaving and going to a real hotel.

I traveled Fours hours into my six hour trip to stop for gas and check my email and receive an email my hotel night was cancelled. Huh? How is that when my reservation was secured and paid for the day before? Why did I not get a call? Horrible guests service. I am in the hospitality business for a large hotel. I certainly understand hotels overbook, however, we make every effort to contact the guests to notify them when required. Never again will I stay at this chain.
