For what I paid, this hotel met my expectation. I was disappointed though, when a roach skittered across the bathroom counter top where my things were. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room could use some deep cleaning.

This place was very convenient when getting to and from the airport. But when I stayed there I had let them know in advance that I would need to check out around 4:30ish. They said that was perfectly okay since the desk is 24/7 service. However, when I went to check out to get to my flight the desk attendant was in the back asleep and I could not check out properly. Very frustrating since I let them know ahead of time. Everything else was great.

Hire help! Had aircraft delay of five hours, so we rented a room for 3 hours to rest up. Was told there was only one housekeeper and I’d have to wait for a room at 6pm. When we got to the room I used the bathroom and saw a roach. I really couldn’t rest after that.
