We entered the room to a dirty floor, no carpeting. The bed was not made and there were not even bedding in the room. Had to go to the front desk and have them find some bedding. She was very pleasant. Unit had a kitchen with no silverware plates or anything. Honestly, Seemed like a crack hotel. Will not be back

Front desk staff was understanding and helpful but they need better housekeepers. Rooms were not cleaned properly or maybe at all

The room was dirty, there was hair in the bed and in the dresser drawers, there was nothing to cook on the stove with, no plates or cups, and the pull out bed had a broken spring. We ended up staying somewhere else because of how dirty the room was.

The toilet in first room did not flush and tv and phones in second room did not work. Temperature knob in refrigerator was broken off so everything froze

Wasnt happy It was ok but had roaches...little baby roach 1st day, and 2nd day then next morning had a german roach on ceiling light fixture so at that point we left.
