upon arrival they told me there was another reservaation with my name but an idea photo on file was not me. the place was very unclean. they never got back to me as to the "mix up " of a person having a photo id with my name but a latino woman picture. all very shady and obviously several "residents" were smoking pot in rooms and very sketchy looking. check out woman was very unattentive or friendly.never again. terrible

I booked a room that was supposed to have two beds and a couch but when I checked in, they said that room wasn’t available and they gave me a room with one bed and a pullout couch instead. The pull out couch was terrible! It was so uncomfortable no one could bear to sleep on it. Plus, there was no extra linens in the room to cover that bed anyways . This hotel states it has “breakfast” but it doesn’t. They had some cheap muffins and granola bars sitting on a table in the lobby and that’s it. It definitely wasn’t what I had h... read more

The room was not clean- I have a picture of hair on the countertop and food. I asked to move rooms and the second room was worse. Mold smell that was really bad, huge stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. When I was checking in a man asked to use the bathroom that just walked in off the street. The girl at the counter clarified he was not a guest. It was not a good experience.
