Bad Experience The Room which I booked was not available upon arrival. It appears that there was no cleaning staff (two quit, and one failed to show for work). We were transferred to a second Extended Stay hotel only to discover that the price was significantly more than the original. At hotel # 2 (Spruce St.), the front entrance was closed for door painting and it took additional trips around the building to find an open door. the bathroom exhaust fan needs to be replaced ( sounds like a freight train). No room was available. I had no place to stay.

We had the room paid for in advance. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available so we were stranded, having to look for another hotel in the middle of the night and having to pay for another Uber ride when we did find another hotel. STAY AWAY!

Guest with asthma. Whatever is used to clean or air freshener caused asthma problems. Hallway & room very “musty”. Difficult for asthma or other respiratory problems

There was no room available when i arrived to check in.
