I liked the location, but my room smelled terrible, wasn't clean, light didn't work. Chairs were filthy and the bathroom was not clean.

Weird layout; no sheets There was no sheets pillows or blankets in the room for the pull out couch. There was a roach that crawled out of the vanity for the sink. The room was also a really funky layout that didn’t make much sense.

We were paying $154 p/n and me and my wife were assigned to a room with shower not in good condition, not clean. Shower and bed are among the most important things. We asked to be change. They did. We noticed that were others room with better showers conditions at least the one they gave us after our complaint.

Horrible Horrible horrible horrible Room was dirty, mold everywhere, very bad smell Sofa seemed like it was off the street Bed very uncomfortable I could barely breathe Microwave had rust and fridge was making loud noises all night They say it’s a suite but not utensils or dishes etc The breakfast is just granola bars and coffee

Deposit is extremely high, almost as much as room reservation, and front desk clerk was not very accommodating or helpful.

Customer service is very bad, rude, I was greeted by Rosa in a very incorrect manner and fired by the other lady who serves the Front, it is worse
