1 star Beds were small and uncomfortable, only gave you two flat pillows per bed, and when went to the front desk, there was no extra pillows or towels. No pool towels available for children or any guest. Car tag fell off your view mirror and our car got towed costing 300 extra dollars hotel staff is rude. Will never stay there again.

Meh Staff is fabulous but my stay was not. Room was advertised as having couch, but it was a recliner full of crumbs (I needed a third space for someone to sleep). The newly remodeled room involved a shoulder and brute force to open door. While Westshore is generally a safe area, this one is nestled behind a gentleman’s club. Roaches and mold Stayed 2 nights booked 2 rooms. One room had mold and both had roaches. 2nd room microwave didn't work.

The property should only be considered if desperate. Property is rundown, poorly cleaned, and poorly staffed. Bathroom was aweful. Tub coating is chipped away, the toilet in my first room didn’t work, toilet seat looked like a dog had been clawing at it, and the bethroom door didn't close properly.
