Not good at all. Problems in room and very falsely advertised. Dirty under construction,noisy and no breakfast as pictured in online photos. Won’t stay there agai.

From elevator to the room was bad odor seems like their carpet is very old and not clean. Room is dirty, dishwasher is broken no dishes I have to ask them and they gave plastic dirty glass. Bathroom had a water leak and I tell them about it they didn’t do anything. I suppose to stay 2 night but check out on one . The lady on front desk asked for everyone ID which was surprising to me . It’s not a place you bring your family for vacation trips even yourself only.

This property ran out of breakfast before my family of 7 arrived before9am.they said maybe sams club or walmat could bring muffins but they only had large.they thought another hotel could send food over ..what a joke..other people were waiting also

This was one of the worst hotel stays we've experienced. Upon arrival at 10 PM, we were surprised to find a strip club next door. The front desk was initially unattended, and when someone finally arrived, her demeanor was unwelcoming, with poor eye contact and no greeting. Stayed due to a canceled flight on Dec 23. 3rd floor room was clean & smelled nice , paper thin walls could hear tv in room next to us all night. Our room had no trash bins , mattress was good but sleep was restless due to next room. Checked in after 6:00pm puts an additional 100$ deposit on CC checked out before 10:00am dec 24th. Still have no deposit back from night stay. Home on Dec 25th and get an alert for a $50.00 charge from hotel. The hotel was in terrible shape. The sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall and wouldn’t really drain. The people in the room across the hall had a dog in their room that kept barking at 11:30 at night and 6 in the morning. The photo of the property do not accurately depict the actual condition of the property
