Unpleasant, uncomfortable, loud Stains on furniture, TV not working, sink and bathtub scaly and rusty. Thin walls and noisy neighbors with “visitors” in middle of night made me feel unsafe. Plus barking dogs. Pullout sofabed was unusable, springs and bars digging into back through the thin cheap mattress. The worst hotel experience. Would recommend only for low budget travelers with zero expectations and heavy sleepers.

3 Stars I guess the place was going through renovation, hallways had stuff in the isles (construction equipment) and carpets has a lot of glue and or drywall mud. Had multiple problems with the door card working and had to get them reset.

Roaches, dirt, and smells.... I've traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst stay I've ever had. It started with a dirty lobby and elevator (I took the stairs the remainder of my stay and just held my breath because the open trash can in the stairwell smelled so bad). Then it was the cockroaches in my room. I left after 1 night and have been working with customer service for over a month. They pretend they can't hear you and hang up. Would not recommend Nighttime front desk employee was not very friendly. We waited at the front counter for about 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back room to greet us. We arrived around 1045pm. The room was nice size but in poor condition. The sofa bed was horrible rusty brown/ black stained that covered 90% of the bottom of the mattress. Pot smell throughout the floor where we stayed. Pull out sofa bed mattress was old and very dirty with stains and no bedding for it. The pullout sofa bed couldn’t even be pulled out without moving the sofa because of limited space. Bath tub was damaged and rusty. Breakfast was less than 6 mini muffins in the basket and coffee. Overall the place looked like it should be shutdown immediately.
