One of the worst hotel experiences weve had. Rude ladies at check in. Anything we needed or asked for was an inconvenience to them. Room was not cleaned, hair on floor and in bathroom, blood on shower curtain. Asked them at 7am to chsnge out shower curtain and vacuum. When we came back at 3:30 pm the room had not been vacuumed and the shower curtain had not been changed. Had to wait one hour to get my room. They gave me one at 3pm but when I went in, the cleaning lady was still there. I come back to the lobby and then it takes them one hour to finally give me the room. Place is run down and rooms are so outdated. The kitchen was disgusting.

The pictures online were very misleading, the room we were give was not nice at all. Smelled bad, mini kitchen was gross, refrigerator was all rusted in the side, scratches all over the cabinets, AC unit was broken, hanging parts from underneath. Stinky smell coming from AC unit. floors weren’t very clean. Neighborhood sketchy, strip bar if front of hotel. We left, didn’t stay there.

Our room was dirty and the kitchen was very dated and unclean. Our bathroom had excessive smoke from another guest heavily filling the room. Front desk said they didn’t have any other rooms, and that there was no one around they could contact to stop smoking. They said we could leave if we wanted. had my 3 young kids with me and wasnt able to get another room in The area that late in the night without paying twice as much. Would not recommend. Stay somewhere else.
