Hotel wasn't bad Management and desk clerk was not nice friendly and stayed locked in the room out of sight and wouldn't answer phone.
Hotel was ok, but there were some concerns I don't like to say bad things about any hotel, but unfortunately there is a concern with this hotel I stayed here for one night and there were bugs in the room. I even took pictures. Fortunately I was alone otherwise if my wife or family had been with me, they wouldn't have stayed here. There was no point saying anything to the front desk as they told me when I arrived that they were sold out so apparently I was getting a room with two beds instead of one. UPSET WITH END RESULTS.............. NO RESOLUTION THE BEGINNING SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. CHECK OUT AND LOST ITEM IS ANOTHER STORY. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING AN I ITEM LEFT AND HAVE NOT RECV A SINGLE CALLBACK. BEING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 25+ YEARS, IT WAS THE WORST IN RESOLVING MY LOST ITEM. I REALLY ENJOYED THE HOTEL, HOUSEKEEPING KEPT/STOLE MY BAG MAKES ME VERY ANGRY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...............
Ehhh. Ghetto front desk staff!! As I checked in he's picking in his teeth.. yuck and when he gives me my keys instead of a sleeve that hotels usually give you keys in he handed me a stickie note with my room number on it! No dishes in the room and they only have a limited supply. Rooms are decent and clean so that was a plus!
Not recommended at all. worst stay in my life . Room condition is not good. Not well cleaned
