Hotel is NOT as described. HORRIBLE Experience!!! Very old motel. Had to get moved several times, as rooms STINK like smoke. When asked for refund to go elsewhere they refused. NO BREAKFAST as listed, consisted of empty pot of coffee, and empty granola-bar container. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Not happy with stay The covers for bed were stained along with the pillows themselves and I asked for new pillows and they had none. I videoed the stains. I needed ice because we had none in the refrigerator and couldn't get any. No one brought new towels for second night and we had to reuse towels as we came back in after midnight from the championship game. Hotel was not taken care of inside. Not happy and paid way too much for this hotel. Slight smell in room

Barely basic Room had a funky smell. Continental breakfast was below basic. No coffee in room, and machines in lobby were gone after breakfast. Mattress was comfy. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good location. Will look for better options for next stay.

Unclean This hotel was horrible! On the outside it looks like your typical Residence Inn, but inside is a different story. The lobby was full of what first appeared to be vagrants, but were actually "guests" The hallway leading to our room was FULL of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel has a non smoking policy. The hotel is pet friendly, but that doesn't mean it's OK to have pet hair on all of the chairs and the carpet in the room. Room needed total update, cleaning and paint The elevator seemed very old and took forever to get up to the 2nd floor. The room needed painting and cleaning. No hair dryer in room. I asked the front desk and someone behind the counter told another worker if we don't have one in the cabinet then we are out. I couldn't belive it...no hair dryer? Shower area was spotted with water like they didn't clean it or did not finish cleaning. Everything just seemed old and in need of updates.

Sruce Street Extended Stay Not clean, when we turned the covers back for bed, the pillow had a large blood stain on it. Floors had not been vacuumed. Everything was dusty. Fridge and furniture was chipped and cracked, very dated. Do not recommend

Room was very very dirty and the TV did not work. I was told there was nothing that could be done as there where no more rooms. I travel to Tampa once a month for business and will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Disappointing experience Booked this hotel after having a good experience at another Extended Stay near the Tampa airport. Unfortunately, this hotel was not as nice. I was not aware of the weekly housekeeping (as opposed to daily) and had to pick up towels from the front desk. Hairdryers must be requested from front desk as well. Toilet was difficult to flush (broken handle?) Outdoor trash recepticles were overflowing with trash and food that spilled out onto the ground and blew around - food, dirty diapers and such. Yuck.

Bugs in bed Everything was fine at check in,we checked the room it seemed nice so went out for the evening got back in late from the game. We got ready for bed and our plans was to stay til check out time, but we woke up early and saw a bug on the sheets not sure if it was a bed bug or a small roach, we got dressed immediately and went down stairs spoke with the manager and told her what we had found, we asked her to come to the room so that we could show her what was on the sheets she that they weren't allowed to go to the ... read more
