The area and the hotel felt completely unsafe I got into Tampa early and stopped at the hotel. The neighborhood and hotel felt completely unsafe and caused me to choose to head home early. I would not suggest the place to anyone traveling by theirselves.

Not so nice This hotel needs a serious updating, they tried to do a few things here and there but it is still old and dingy. Furniture is old and bitten up. It had a strong smell of weed there when I arrived. The area is very nice though and it is close to where I work.

Dirty Elevator was dirty. Breakfast area a mess. Room had nothing in it. Had to go ask for a plate and knife. No dishes coffee pot nothing. Sheets were so thin you could see through them. Bathroom smelled like pee. Had to put towels all over bathroom floor. Red sticky stuff on the desk. Will never recommend or stay there again. Especially for the price and used my Expedia points. What a waste. I have stayed at several extended stays before never this nasty.

Not staying in an Extended Stay ever again This was our first time in an Extending Stay. We chose this hotel because they allow pets, it was cheap and it was pretty near to downtown and attractions. Very disappointing. The hallways have a strong smell, those carpets need to be replaced. Our room carpet was all stained, dirty, bad smell. We didn't dare walking on that carpet with no shoes. Not worth it. This hotel is well-located near a big mall and the airport. Unfortunately is it in bad shape. The room smelled like smoke (despite it being non-smoking). The bed is uncomfortable and the room wasn't very clean. The 'breakfast' was coffee and granola bars. This place is a great value for $40/night, but my stay cost double that.
