Poor customer service and substandard cleaning.

You'll survive, but you won't enjoy it. From the outside the hotel seems fairly new and clean, but the inside is total opposite. The hallways smell, the rooms smell, the air conditioning is very loud, my room was not clean when I arrived. It wasn't just dirty, it hadn't been touched by room service at all. Basically, if I were a hooker I would find this dirt hotel acceptable.

Extra charges I had to unfortunately extend my stay for few hours on the day of check out and they initially said they'd charge me for half of the day but charged me for the whole day (one extra day for just few hours more). When asked about the reason behind the charges, they gave explanations like management changed and thus this new policy the very next morning.

Horrible customer service Checking into the hotel the lady at the front desk was on the phone for about 5 minutes and when she got off the phone she was not very welcoming. She just asked for my credit card and ID. And I left my bathing suit top in my hotel room after checking out, and when I called back they said it was not in the room. And even told them where I had left the top at and they told me it was not there, so not only are they not welcoming they steal their guest items. Stinky rooms The rooms smelled terrible. The staff needs to make sure those rooms smell fresh and is clean before a customer checks in. I heard dogs barking in one of the rooms. I see why they smell. I will never stay there again. My linen smelled bad also. I went to the desk to get fresh linen.

Going downhill This place used to be better, but has consistently gotten worse in the time I've been staying here. This time was my final visit. I had Hot Tamale candy and "hairs" from the previous guest on the floor. The bed sheets were thin and coarse and when I woke in the middle of the night and turned on the lights, two roaches scattered away.
