Concert at Raymond James. Was very impressed, with the room, location and the friendly staff. However, was not sure what to except, since the price was decent and it only being 2.5 stars. Only a few upsets, one being the drink vending machines, only had Diet available. We were in the area for a concert and the hotel was completely booked (I know this because, I overheard someone trying to book a room that night, while I was waiting to check in). A Quiet room and little else. It was OK. I felt like I got what I paid for. All I wanted was a quiet room to sleep in for the night, and that's what I got. My wife would have hated it, but she wasn't there, so it was fine. The "free breakfast" is a bit of a stretch, but better than nothing. The music being played by the staff in the lobby was awful and much too loud. The staff did not dress the same, or even appropriately. The man who checked me in was wearing a white V-neck tee shirt.
