The hotel has been renovated. It is reasonably price, and has lots of amenities, such as a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a stove top, and a microwave. It also has a very spacious bathroom. It is conveniently located near Tampa's International Mall and the Raymond J. Stadium. I was able to walk to both locations. There is also a nice restaurant within walking distance. It is located in a quiet neighborhood.

It was a great hotel and good the room. But the room smelled a little bit but otherwise it was great overall

I enjoyed my stay the hotel staff was very friendly, polite and accomodating, however what I did not enjoy was the heavy overpowering fragance of marijuana that endunated you when you got off the elevator on the second floor. The smell was so heavy it was easily narrowed down to 2 rooms yet the staff seemed very hesitant to follow up on the complaints, i had to walk my children through this everyday until i just started taking the stairs which was very inconvient because my 10yr old daughter uses a wheelchair.
