Close to Airport, nice mall. Just right for catching flight out of Tampa in the morning

Hotel I liked the hotel because of the cheap rate. The neighborhood wasn't sketchy. The breakfast was really terrible. So if you like breakfast in the morning order from somewhere else.

Location was very convenient. Easy to get around with GPS, or uber to downtown. Room clean. Had to get all amenities from the desk. Not convenient really. No remote in room. Bedside light didn't work. Bed was comfortable. Not the King size I booked was too tired to care after driving 7 hours. No problems with outside noise. Desk staff was friendly. Not a bad place, just dated.

Convenient location for our visit Did not realize that rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, only once every 7 days. We stayed only 4 nights and made our own bed and picked up/dropped off soiled towels at the front desk. Otherwise, room was okay. "Breakfast" was grab and go off a small table in the lobby...coffee, etc. and packaged muffins, bars, etc. Did not realize that either. Less Than Expected When I stay at Extended Stay Brand hotels I have come to expect plates, glasses and flatware to be available in the room and not have to order it a la carte from the front desk.

I was awoke by a woman banging on the doors, which ended up in a loud argument outside my door. The whole incident lasted 20-30 minutes.
