Good for the price This hotel is practically brand new, very clean with nice sized & upgraded rooms. It is conveniently located right off of I-75. The only complaint about the hotel is that the rooms feel damp & humid no matter how you adjust the air conditioning.

Customer service needs work. I stood there for about 5 min until the 2 at the front desk order Hungry Howie. I finally ask if I could check in an I was told no , hour early. Came back after 3 and still waited 15 more minutes bc the room wasn't ready. On top of that unless you pay an extra $25 no room service and you will be charge $50 on your card if you leave trash in the room. It doesn't tell you but if you pay with cash you have to put down a deposit. The room was clean.

It was a pleasant experience you need some better smelling cleaning supplies makes the hallways smell of meldew other than that it was fine place to stay.

Great extended stay pricing. While lacking some of the usual amenities found in most hotels, such as breakfast, pool, and daily room cleaning, they were able to give us a great weekly rate which was exactly what we needed for this stay. We needed a room for three weeks while receiving medical treatments, and were willing to for go those conveniences. This place had promise when it was opened last year. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the management, they could use some customer service courses. Unpleasant vibe like they hate their job and you're hassling them to check in. They advertise full kitchen but don't provide plates or silverware. No ice machine but a small exercise room and for a few bucks you can do a load of laundry.
