Home away from home! Large room, well designed and easy to live in for weeks at a time. Kitchenette with full-size fridge was a big plus, along with fresh coffee in the lobby every morning!
I will never stay at this hotel again. Other than the front desk staff and housekeeper I can’t recommend anything. We arrived at 4:15pm and our room wasn’t ready. Our phone didn’t work and we had to figure out how to fix it ourselves. Our tv didn’t work and it took the front desk staff 20 minutes to get that working. The furniture was old, ripped and worn. The description lied about the equipped kitchens, you have to pay extra for pots, pans, and dishware which I have never experienced in an extended stay hotel before and the whole reason I booked this extended stay hotel.It gets worse from there. When we arrived there was someone spray painting their car in the parking lot. Lots of trash on the ground. The hallway had stains all over the carpets & it reeked of weed & cigarette smoke. You could hear babies crying & dogs barking. The room was clean, but there were stains on the towels. Staff was friendly, but it was not a great experience. Would not recommend.

We were on the first floor, which smelled like someone was actively dying. The room above us had a family that was letting their kids run around the floor like crazy and you could hear every single step made by anyone. The roaches started coming out on the first night. They were tiny and everywhere. The staff was nice, but the room smelled since the hallway smelled. The blankets smelled like they were simply remade on the bed and not fresh at all. Definitely would not come back here.
