Upon arrival, AFTER checking in, I was informed that the elevator is not working and my room is on the third floor, so I’d have to take the stairs. There has been no indication in this whole booking process that the elevators were down. When I first arrived to check in , I waited 20 mins before the front attendant returned. Once she greeted me she informed me the elevators weren’t working and the only available rooms were on the 4th floor. I wasn’t thrilled about that news as I had arrived with quite a few heavy bags. The room was okay it just had a distant smell that made my head hurt I went to see if they had eliminated spray to get the smell out she stated housekeeping left for the day but other than that everything else ok

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The minute I walked in the building, I was greeted with a ok presence. i booked a room reservation for 2 beds didn't have any available so she gave me a king size bed wasn't happy with it and didn't give back the money reimbursement for the difference... Elevator broken.. Elevator has been inoperative for months as per front desk.. Light wont stay on in the bathroom or living room.. Always turns off automatically after about 15 to 20 minutes.. Poor furniture design. Interior is depressing.
