Heat did not work. People above were super loud. Hallways smelled like smoke and mold. There were people yelling and fighting in the parking lot, then a guy pulled out a pistol. Liquor bottles in parking lot. A guy walked by recording my truck, immediately after I pulled in, I suspect he was "casing" it to rob it. Once he saw my wife in the truck he got spooked, hid his phone and rushed away. No service after 9 PM. Lists a gym, does not have a gym.

I waited up front for 20 mins. Rang the bell several times. Finally I called the front desk and the phone ringing made someone come to the front. I finally get in my room and immediately see 4 roaches. The microwave handle is broke and they super glued it back together.

good enough for 1 night, needs to give the property better maintenance.

1st room moldy 2vd 3rd 4th room had live and dead roaches did not stay

Found a chicken bone and a roach in the hallway walking to my room. The front desk closes at 10PM which is fine but it then took 3 calls to get someone myself and others were waiting since 10:10. The extended stay service center tried 3 times to get the late night front desk person and was only able to get someone after the 3rd attempt

The room was full of cockroaches. Weird smell. Insects everywhere in the room.

Everything was old and ripped up, so I did not end up staying. I end up leaving within the same minutes. I got there.
