Never again. Not even it was free. Refund please. There are jist so many things. First, the lobby, check in lady, all hallways and outside was overwelling potent with Marijuana. After check in was complete and paid for i was informed of my room on the 4th floor and that ooh yeah, the elevator was struck by lightening and was not working. Stairs are my only choice. I have damage to one of my legs and can't decent a curb without pain. I asked if there was another room and she said they were fully booked. Note, the parking lot ... read more

Customer service at first check in was not good, I’m disabled and getting towels is ridiculous plus they charge no one even comes to empty the trash or ask if you need services

this has been the worst place I've ever stayed roaches in the room no soap no TV remote finally get a TV remote TV does not work very very unhappy with my stay would like a full refund this is the worst place I've ever stayed in my entire life 7:00 no breakfast no coffee just very upsetting
