Elevator broken.. Elevator has been inoperative for months as per front desk.. Light wont stay on in the bathroom or living room.. Always turns off automatically after about 15 to 20 minutes.. Poor furniture design. Interior is depressing.

Room was disgusting and infested with roaches.

It could have been better The kitchen area was good but the cleanliness wasn't as good as it should have been! Plus, I'm a coffee drinker and there was no coffee pot 😞
DO NOT BOOK!!! Stay away! This hotel, hands down has to be the most nastiest, unprofessional, disgusting hotel I’ve ever been too. And if it wasn’t for my baby, I’d be sleeping in my car. Upon arrival, I instantly picked up on the most disturbing smell in the lobby. I then had to use the phone to contact an agent due to the fact that they have no one infront to receive you. Dirty , bad management and front desk
This place was so nasty. The elevator did not work and it’s smelled in the stares and hallways. The walls was dirty and outside of the refrigerator was nasty. It’s never anyone at the front desk. They only have one towel and charge for anymore. Would only give one roll of toilet paper was told they couldn’t give you anymore. My door you had to slam it to close and then make sure it closed all the way even after that all you have to do was kick it and it would open.
You need to hire people to clean rooms at least once or twice a week. You need to clean stairs as well because it smells not good
Did not enjoy stay. I had to ask for a different room due mold/mildew odor, roach infestation. The next room wasnt much better. The building smelled awful soon as I walked in , I regretted choosing this place immediately. The Front desk associate was pleasant. Easy check in .
