Worst hotel room ever We tried to check in at 5pm but due to understaffed housekeepers the room was not ready. Went to dinner and came back to check in. Stepped off the elevator in the third floor and was immediately consumed by the heaviest smoke smell I've ever experienced in a hotel. Patrons on our floor and outside the hotel were extremely noisey well until after 2 am.
The stay was short so I can't evaluate it too much but it was not comfortable
Never Again! I must've been delusional when I booked. I normally read the reviews. This hotel is so run down. Felt like a 1 star. It smelt old and dirty. Worst of all they had bed bugs. I should've known but didn't discover them till we woke up the next day. I was so tired I wish I would've just went with my gut instinct and left. Now me and my son are cover in bites. I didn't complain because it was pretty clear at check in that hospitality was not their priority. READ THE REVIEWS!!!
Never Again! We supposedly had a non smoking room but my clothes reeked of it the next day... The room was dated and our AC did not work properly.. Would not stay here again ... Also there were a lot of shady characters lurking around the parking lot

I have stayed at the best. When I was told if I wanted a clean towel I had to bring the dirty one to the front desk that was offensive. When I was told there was "NO" maid service that too was offensive. When you pay what people pay for that hotel room you would expect at least maid service, the trash to be taken out of the room & at least a coffee pot (even though they supply absolutely nothing inside the room but toilet paper one wash cloth by the sink.) When we arrived to check in to our room they said they only had one room left and it was a smoking room! Disgusting!!! They made it act like it was our fault. I booked a non smoking room. I will NEVER book with them again and will be sure to tell all my friends as well. Definitely do NOT recommend them!!!!
No toilet paper .. 1 towel ... Smelled of cigarets badly in a non smoking room
