a very bead hotel, not to what I was expected for the money...

The hallway smelled like dog urine

NOT what we expected When we arrived there were people doing auto repair in the parking lot in front of the lobby and several homeless folks loitering in front. The next morning people still doing auto repairs and three police cars out front for a man in the lobby who was obviously under the influence of narcotics. Halls all stink BAD. Hotel is more run down than the photos appear online. Staff was friendly, but for the price of the room this hotel was a BIG disappointment.

meh loud slamming doors, super loud fridge and AC. Okay otherwise. Nothing special.

Noisy ! The highway is next to the hotel. It was very noisy by car sound from the highway next to the hotel. I woke up by the car sound a couple of time. No more stay at this hotel.

bad hotel i was very disappointed that i paid nearly $200 for such a crummy room. first of all the floor was soaking wet they had just cleaned the carpets. the condition of the room is like a hotel i could have gotten for $53 a night, the hotel smelled. the service by Jovani was outstanding though he was courteous and kind. he gave us what we needed. This hotel is awful for the price. it just simply ghetto

over priced! Our stay was okay. Good area, and not far to go to get something to eat. Our room was okay, bed not that comfortable. All was clean, but the room had a bad order, we bought an air freshener and that helped, somewhat. Had to turn in towels before you receive more. You have to ask for, coffee pot, utensils, etc. And, it was way! over priced. Would not stay there again.

Rude Staff I booked my smoke free king room months in advance to my arrival. Once the time came to check in I called to make sure everything was still good to go. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and snappy and told me I was not able to get the room I paid for due to mid communication between the hotel and Expedia. I called and complained to Expedia for a refund of the king room and the Queen room the hotel told me I would get and Expedia told me it was resolved and I should be set with what I had paid for. BED BUGS!!!! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I left in 2 hours. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, not to mention the ash tray on the counter. Kitchen was barely cleaned, microwave was not cleaned at all. Dog barking in hallway at 1030 at night. Internet slow...and saving the best for last. After all that I was still going to make go of it.
