Too expensive and noisy all night. The person above got up many times during the night and i could hear every step.
C Staff was not quick to help
Dirty room next barking dogs The staff when I checked in was very nice. The young lady helping me was training and she and her manager were great! I thought that was a solid start. Once I got to my room I noticed that there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the staff hadn't removed the old shampoo bottles left by the previous person (which was laying sideways on the back of the toilet). Booking a different hotel next time Photo's of the hotel seemed nice; was disappointed as expectation was certainly not reality. Sheets and bedspread had cigarette burns and stains, furniture appeared to be chewed on by animals, and dirty cleaning supplies left in bathroom. Hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette smoke. Was informed at check in that the hotel works with local services to provide a safe place to stay for women who are the victims of domestic abuse. Skip this place... Will not stay here again. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and a granola bar. No house cleaning during my stay and had to request fresh towels.
Nothing to talk about horrible place,very very very dirty from the moment you walk in to the smell in the elevator, to the smell and dirt in the rooms! Worst hotel is have ever stayed in.sad!
DISAPPOINTED DUE TO A POWER OUTAGE... I HAD A CONCERT TO GO AT 6 PM AND WASN'T ABLE TO EVEN GET REFRESHED FROM OUR COMMUTE. EVENTHOUGH THE POWER WAS OUT THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A ROOM AVALIBLE TO FRESHIN UP IN. OUR CHECK IN TIME WAS FOR 4:00 PM, BUT THERE WAS NO POWER AND WASN'T ABLE TO CHECK IN UNTIL ALMOST 10:00 PM DUE TO THE POWER OUTAGE
