Worst hotel ever! Everything in the room as broken, I.e., toilet, TV, shower curtain, no hot water. Just terrible!
not a great place to stay at... Service was worst & front desk employees was rude. Breakfast was a joke and I won't call that breakfast. Not going to stay again.

The place did what it needed to do for us for 1 night, but any longer would have been too much

NOT a good experience We had a confirmation for a king bed and only got a queen bed. Clerk at hotel told me that confirmations made through an online service are not guaranteed the same bed size. Instead of 4 pillows on the bed there was only two. The "kitchen" had no plates or silverware. The desk clerk on duty tried to make our stay pleasureable by providing more pillows and 2 plates, 2 forks and 2 knives.
Do not Stay here. Do not stay at this location. Exterior looks nice, however the interior is dated, stained carpets in corridors, and rooms, towels are like sandpaper, TV would not work, phone was missing cord and we could not call the front desk. Came back from dinner and the entire 1st floor smelled of weed, staff did not think issue. Seems like there are a lot of transients staying at this location.
NEVER AGAIN!! This hotel was horrible. The room was so gross. The tv barely worked. The phone in the room didn't work. Only had two towels in the bathroom. Not face/hand towels. The entire hotel smelled like weed but yet nothing was done by it when I talked to the front desk. Never again will I stay here for the amount of money I paid. I am extremely unsatisfied with this hotel.
dont stay unless despirate for a room! When I checked in I was orig going to be put on 3rd floor which she said was entirely smoking after I had asked for nonsmoking. Then was sent to a room on 2nd floor where there were barking dogs across hall, a drunk female roaming hall in bra and sweatpants.Room smelled and bed still had body indentions. Displeasing stay and thank goodness for only 1 nig I was very disappointed with our stay and will probably never return. Overall condition of the hotel was not appealing, the hallways and rooms smelled like stale smoke even though it was a "smoke free" room, no ice machines, very noisy guests on the floor and extremely inflated prices that I received from you at hotels.com even booking so far ahead compared to other booking sites, which I used just a week prior to our reservation to add another room....and 60% less! Non-smoking room not guaranteed It appears that this hotel places most hotel.com customers in smoking rooms. They have a sign in the lobby saying that they can't guarantee non-smoking rooms for those who used an outside website to book. Awful room and experience.
