Not happy I booked the room on September 8, 2014 for a Non-Smoking room I arrived on October 3rd for my stay (around 8pm) and was told the Non-Smoking rooms are on a first come first served basis. I will be traveling to Temecula on business once a month , just my self. I was looking for a great location and place to stay for myself and many times I will have outside guests, for my business. it not the Roadway in The rooms were out dated nice newer television, the colors are dark, no brightness to it at all. Wood floors needed waxing or resealing signs of water marks on floors. The hall way on the second floor stinks. Elevator floor is coming up at threshold. The grab and go breakfast was so so the coffee at Denny's is better, their coffee was so strong and bitter. Not what I booked I booked a smoking room, and when I arrived, they put me in a non-smoking room (even though my receipt says smoking room). They said that they can't guarantee smoking preference, but I thought that's what reservations are for? The manager was very rude when I tried to discuss this with her. Also, there were no hangers in the closet and no ice machine on property.

sucky room and service The receponist at first could not locate our room and then informed us of the room we did not reserve, handicap in smoking room and printed a sheet with someone elses information. Never again Worse bed I ever slept in. Spiders in the closet. Smoking room when I requested a non smoking room.

Disappointing Hotel was less than adequate. To use the kitchenette you had to check out dishware and silverware. There was no ice machine in the hotel Was told to go to a store to get ice. Will never stay there again.

The room smelt horrible ask front desk if there was anything they could do she gave me a bottle of fabreeze and said open the window never again

Regretful Decision FILTHY! Entire third floor smelled like an ashtray! Worse than walking through a cheap casino! No Ice Maker in the place. TERRIBLE!
