This place is average at best. Its dingy, dated and in our unit Formica was chipped off of the counter in the kitchenette. The linens were dingy and honestly, we didn't want to use the kitchen sink. Oh! No pool either. The bright side was the girl who checked us in. She was nice, full of energy and smiles and efficient. All it will take to make the place above average is some money and care in your product.

I room was very clean and the service at the hotel was excellent! The location was convenient because my friend and I were attending a concert nearby. Overall, this is a nice place to stay and it is a good value.
Believe the bad reviews Believe, oh believe, the bad reviews. People live here and the corridors smell like fried oil and cigarettes. The cleaning solution they use smells horrid and it was sketchy at best around the area. They try to make it seem upgraded and nice, but it's really not. Keep looking, this ain't it.

Disappointed in so many ways--Not Again Disappointing stay for $280. Had to wait 10 minutes for a receptionist to appear. Elevator was dark--more like a service elevator. Smoke-free hotel smelled of smoke in the hallway. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Plastic shield on ceiling light fixture was missing. Rear exterior exit door was always propped open by smokers, which was a security concern. Will not say there again.
